What are my rates, and what can you expect in terms of services and support?
To give my athletes the best service possible, I offer one full-service plan for all. I do not believe in offering a basic service with limited support because when you have questions, you need answers fast. My monthly rate (4 weeks) at 120€ is about the cost of a one-hour personal trainer in the gym, thus a good value and investment in your health, mental well-being and quality of life. In return you will get:
- An initial consultation to discuss your goals in detail
- Weekly training plans tailored to you, aligned with your goals and continuously adjusted to your progress and personal lifestyle
- A free account for the training software TrainingPeaks, which you can use on your laptop or phone
- Unlimited weekly check-ins and availability – even on weekends
- Strategy session to align on races
- Tips for mental strength and nutrition during training and races!
- Peace of mind that you are training smart.
